About Me
I am a caring and compassionate therapist who believes everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and understand that reaching out for help can sometimes feel overwhelming.
My approach begins with building a genuine connection. I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, expressing their emotions, and working through challenges at their own pace.
I believe every person has strengths that can help them move forward. Together, we work to recognize those strengths, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support emotional well-being and everyday life.
Who I Work With
I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), grief and loss, behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, difficulty regulating emotions, school challenges, peer or family conflicts, and major life transitions.
I also work with adults experiencing stress, relationship and family concerns, trauma, grief, life changes, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, and other emotional or mental health concerns.
My goal is to provide clients with a space where they can feel safe enough to talk openly, better understand themselves and their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills they can use outside of therapy.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), grief and loss, trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, anger management, self-esteem and confidence, social skills, school-related concerns, peer relationships, family conflict, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, domestic violence, stress management, life transitions, and childhood and adolescent mental health.
