Lighthouse Learning Collective is the educational and experiential learning branch of Mosaic Behavioral Health and New Beginnings, created to illuminate the path of growth for both mental health professionals and the clients they serve.
We offer a dual mission designed to support learning, healing, and meaningful transformation.
For Mental Health Professionals
Lighthouse Learning Collective provides CEUs, advanced trainings, and professional certifications that strengthen clinical skill, deepen ethical practice, and support lifelong development. Our programs are approved in partnership with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Indiana University School of Social Work, ensuring every offering meets rigorous educational standards.
Our trainings are practical, trauma‑informed, and grounded in real‑world application supporting clinicians at every stage of their professional journey.
For Clients & Community Members
In addition to professional education, Lighthouse Learning Collective offers client‑facing immersions, seminars, and experiential workshops designed to foster insight, emotional wellness, and personal growth. These programs blend psychoeducation with guided reflection and supportive community experiences, helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, relational challenges, and emotional healing.
Our Guiding Philosophy
Inspired by the steady, reliable light of a lighthouse, we believe learning should feel grounding, hopeful, and direction‑giving. Whether supporting clinicians or clients, our mission is to illuminate the next step forward with clarity and compassion.
