I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, play therapy, art therapy, and more. This diverse toolkit allows me to be flexible in how I assist you, ensuring that our work together is as effective and personalized as possible.

I work with individuals ages 8 and up, and I’m passionate about helping people of all backgrounds understand themselves better, overcome their struggles, and move forward with confidence. Before becoming a counselor, I spent time in the teaching field, which allowed me to further develop my ability to connect with and understand people of all ages. I have also volunteered with the elderly and worked at an animal shelter, which has enriched my experience and deepened my commitment to helping others.

Being half German and half Vietnamese, I have had the privilege of growing up with a rich multicultural background, which has shaped my understanding of the world and the diversity of experiences people bring to therapy. I am passionate about using my experiences and my love for connecting with others to help you understand yourself better, overcome any obstacles, and create the life you deserve.
