Eddie Adams, Pre LPC ( Located in Person in PA and Virtually in MA, VA, NJ, FL and IL )
Eddie approaches therapy with curiosity, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique perspective. He works with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, identity questions, and the many transitions that come with different stages of life. These periods can often bring uncertainty, pressure, and difficult emotions. Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what you’re experiencing.
Eddie prioritizes creating a nonjudgmental and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about their experiences. In sessions, he works alongside clients to explore the challenges they are facing, recognize patterns in thoughts and emotions, and develop practical ways to navigate them. He believes therapy should honor each individual’s story, background, and goals, meeting clients where they are while supporting them in moving forward.
His work is grounded in a strengths-based perspective and integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches. Through this collaborative process, Eddie helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Eddie specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Many of his clients are navigating changes in relationships, career direction, identity development, or other significant shifts in life. He also has experience working with issues related to depression, self-esteem, focus and attention challenges, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and workplace stress and burnout.
In addition to general mental health support, Eddie has a special interest in working with professionals in the hospitality and service industries who may be experiencing workplace stress, burnout, or career-related challenges.
Eddie’s goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and gain clarity about their experiences. Together, he works with clients to foster meaningful growth and lasting change.
