Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that meaningful growth happens when insight is paired with practical tools for change.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals struggling with mood disorders, eating disorders, substance use concerns, and identity-related challenges.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges more effectively. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling in relationships, or simply looking for greater balance and fulfillment, therapy can provide an opportunity for meaningful change.
I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, attachment-based interventions, and Gottman Method techniques for couples. Together, we will identify strengths, build healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and work toward goals that align with your values and vision for your life.
I am particularly passionate about helping clients strengthen emotional resilience, improve self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries, navigate family and relationship dynamics, and develop a greater sense of self-worth and purpose. For parents and families, I offer support in fostering stronger connections, improving communication, and managing behavioral and emotional challenges in children and adolescents.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate it alone. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel empowered to face challenges, celebrate growth, and create lasting, meaningful change.
