I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and truly heard. My approach is laid-back, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, which means our work together will be guided by your individual experiences, needs, strengths, and goals.

I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, major life transitions, difficulty managing emotions, or simply feeling like something in your life needs to change.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more confident in who you are, develop healthier relationships and boundaries, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

I offer a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for coping, communication, emotional regulation, and everyday life.

My approach is also strengths-based and solution-focused. Rather than focusing only on what is going wrong, we will identify the strengths and abilities you already have and use them to work toward realistic, achievable goals.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, disordered eating, low self-esteem, relationship and family concerns, grief and loss, stress, compassion fatigue, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges that can make life feel difficult or overwhelming.

I am trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming and am committed to providing an inclusive environment where clients from all backgrounds can feel respected, supported, and safe.
