About Me

I believe therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you build skills that support your goals and create meaningful change in your life. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space that is tailored to your unique needs. I see you as the expert in your own life, and together we can work toward greater connection—with yourself and with others—while exploring healing, balance, and growth.

Taking the first step into therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to listen, guide, and support you through whatever phase of life you may be navigating.

Who I Work With

My ideal clients are those who may struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, or cognitive distortions, and who are seeking tangible tools to regain confidence and a sense of control. Many of my clients come to me hoping to reduce the intensity of their anxiety, strengthen their coping skills, and increase their self-esteem. I understand that feelings of shame or embarrassment often accompany these challenges, and I am committed to helping clients move past those barriers so they can live with greater confidence and self-worth.

I have experience working with both adolescents and adults, supporting them through life’s challenges with warmth, humor, and a client-centered approach. I enjoy incorporating clients’ interests—such as art, music, or cultural influences—into therapy to make our work meaningful and engaging.

My Approach

My style is collaborative and supportive, while also focusing on practical skills and strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives. I use a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, as well as mindfulness-based practices.

I am dedicated to continuing my growth as a clinician, regularly engaging in trainings to expand my toolbox and better serve the needs of my clients.
