As a clinician with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, I take a person-centered and multicultural approach to therapy—always considering the unique context of your family, racial, ethnic, cultural, and spiritual identities. My personal experiences as an Asian American woman allow me to bring additional understanding and empathy into the therapeutic relationship, creating a safe and inclusive space for healing.

I provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and the unique mental health concerns experienced within communities of color. My priority is to ensure you feel accepted, heard, and understood throughout our work together. Clients can expect sessions that balance warmth, humor, curiosity, and creativity with deep compassion and respect.

I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based practices, and aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While these terms can sound overwhelming, at the core my focus is simple: how you feel in our sessions, what your goals are, and how we can work together to move beyond patterns that may be keeping you “stuck.”

My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in advocacy. I strive to walk alongside you in your journey of growth and healing, supporting you in becoming your best self while centering what matters most to you.
