Erin Stewart, Pre-Licensed Counselor ( Located in person and virtually in PA)
With over 12 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults in both clinical and school-based settings, I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership focused on growth and healing. My role is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients feel heard, validated, and guided toward meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 10–21) who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and behavioral difficulties that affect school performance and overall well-being. I work closely with families and, when appropriate, collaborate with schools to create holistic support plans that foster both academic and emotional success.
For adults, I provide individualized therapy that draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches. Whether addressing stress, trauma, mood disorders, or life transitions, I help clients reframe unhelpful patterns, build coping strategies, and strengthen resilience.
My approach is trans-theoretical and adaptable, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should not only be a space for healing but also for empowerment—helping clients uncover their strengths, align with their values, and take steps toward lasting personal growth.
