Casey Eichelberger, LSW (Located In Person in PA and Virtually in PA, MA,VA, NJ, FL)
My name is Casey Eichelberger, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) graduate from West Chester University and a clinical supervisee dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and purpose. Over the past four years, my clinical work has primarily focused on children and adolescents, but my practice is rooted in principles that apply to clients of all ages and stages of life.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. You are the expert of your own life—the captain of your ship—and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you navigate through uncertainty, difficulties, and transitions toward your goals. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but together we will uncover strengths, build resilience, and chart a course toward growth and healing.
My approach is grounded in strengths-based practices and the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (the CBT model). I also incorporate DBT-informed skills, emotional processing, conflict resolution, and coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can process emotions, challenge negative thinking, and strengthen your ability to cope with life’s ups and downs.

Want to build confidence and strengthen decision-making skills
Are seeking to process emotions and experiences in a safe space

How I Can Help

Teaching and practicing effective coping skills
Identifying and processing feelings in healthy ways
Supporting conflict resolution in personal and family dynamics
Incorporating CBT and DBT techniques to create lasting change
