About Me

I strive to create a safe, comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that helps you recognize your strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop a path forward when life feels overwhelming or you feel stuck.

My approach is grounded in dignity, respect, compassion, and individuality. Through active listening, open communication, and respect for your autonomy, we will work together to develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, improve communication, establish boundaries, and build greater self-acceptance and confidence.

I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, teens, young adults, and adults from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Who I Work With

I work with clients who may feel stuck, have difficulty establishing healthy boundaries, struggle to communicate their needs, or feel uncertain about their goals and direction in life. You may also be experiencing challenges maintaining healthy relationships, managing difficult emotions, or moving away from coping strategies that are no longer serving you.

Together, we can work toward helping you express yourself in healthier and more effective ways, strengthen your relationships, increase your confidence, and gain greater clarity about your personal and professional goals.

How I Can Help

I recognize that every client's experiences and needs are different, so I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use an individualized and flexible approach that incorporates evidence-based therapeutic techniques while focusing on your unique strengths, experiences, needs, and goals.

My goal is to help you recognize your potential, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-acceptance, and create meaningful and sustainable changes in your life.
